We do offer resizing services within 30 days if your ring doesn‘t fit, but I will recommend going to a local jewelry shop since you'll be able to communicate with the jeweler in person and they'll be able to adjust it to the size of your finger more precisely. The influence on the ring is minimal if the size difference is small(within 1).
Of course, you can also send it back to us to modify the size, but we will charge an additional fee, 10% to 15% of the product price based on the workmanship of the ring. And the cycle time for the ring to be sent back for re-sizing is about one month.
So we recommend that you confirm your ring size to minimize modifications.

Yes, we'd be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for free. You can add the engraving when you place an order.

Yes, we source all of our stones from a concious lab in the State, they are all responsibly sourced.

Ordering

All of our rings are custom made and 100% handmade, so they usually take about 2~3 weeks to make. After the ring is completed, I will send you pictures for your confirmation to avoid the appearance of the ring not meeting your expectations. After you confirm it, I will arrange delivery as soon as possible, and then I will synchronize the logistics information with you.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! All the orders can be cancelled within 72 hours for free. All the ring are made to order and 100% hand-made, so once the production begins, we will charge a restocking fee of 10%~30% based on the production progress.

We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.
The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring.
The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: service@gemsmagic.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. All items must be sent to the address below. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Our manufacturing warranty does not include:
The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.
Theft or loss of the ring.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
