We offer a one-year warranty from the delivery date to ensure the quality of our craftsmanship.
- Free replacement of lost side stones within one year of delivery.
- Complimentary gemstone checking, tightening, and
re-tipping if needed due to craftsmanship-related issues. - One free ring resizing during the warranty period (within ±0.25–0.5 U.S. size). This does not apply to significant size changes that require remaking the ring.
This warranty applies only to issues related to product quality and normal wear.
- Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, cleaning, exercising, or doing yard work.
- Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, detergents, perfumes, and lotions.
- Precious metals may scratch when in contact with hard surfaces or gym equipment.
- Softer gemstones (e.g., pearls, moonstone, quartz) require extra care; harder stones (e.g., sapphires, diamonds) are more durable but should still be worn mindfully.
- Clean your jewelry gently with a soft cloth and mild soap when needed.

Frequently asked questions
All of our rings are custom-made and 100% handmade, so they usually take about 3~4 weeks to make. After the ring is completed, I will send you pictures for your confirmation to avoid the appearance of the ring not meeting your expectations. After you confirm it, I will arrange delivery as soon as possible, and then I will synchronize the logistics information with you.
Of course! We offer any type of custom or personalized order. If you have an idea for a ring, you are welcome to provide us with pictures or specifications of what you would like made. Please contact us at service@gemsmagic.com for details!
Please note:
1. We reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products.
2. The custom order is specifically made for you, which is not refundable unless there is a defect with the item when you get the item, in that case we will make a new one.
We offer payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.
The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring.
The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.
